Hardware is fine, supportig software is unreliable. * Update 01/11/2018 * I’m officially giving up on this NAS and will be replacing it with another one from a different manufacturer. Syncing now never works outside of my home network. I also can’t access the dashboard anymore even when I’m connected to my home network.
