Bright, yet mild, with pointed hints of baker’s chocolate. Capri – MEDIUM/DARK ROAST: Our Capri blend is roasted medium-dark and draws its inspiration from Southern Italy. Great in flavored lattes. This full-bodied espresso maintains its boldness in milk-based drinks. Hearty, rich, and velvety. Taormina – DARK ROAST: Campania is our boldest blend. Deep and robust, with luscious hints of baker’s chocolate. A coffee that pairs well with your morning pastry or an after-dinner dessert. THE ROASTING PROCESS What makes Caffé D’arte espresso and drip coffees so unique? It’s simple – the art of roasting coffee. It starts with over 33 years of farmer and distributor relationships, based on quality and trust, to get the best beans. Then each varietal that we choose (e.g., Colombia, Brazil, etc.) is individually roasted. Each varietal is roasted to the specifications of our family recipes to reach peak color and caramelization. After roasting, we then post-blend the different coffees to produce a unique flavor profile for each of our signature blends. This handcrafted approach is time-intensive but creates a coffee with a complex and full-bodied flavor.
