Holy guacamole! I just received this in the mail about 2 hrs ago! I have been so excited to try this as Iâm on the struggle bus with dieting and Keto! I can see it supresses my hunger and I not really craving Breakfast.The energy I got from my workout was totally different. I normally do an hour workout but i felt I could go on and do more.
