Return/poor picture quality First week the picture quality and gaming experience was excellent. Video started to degrade after shut down/restart. Menu…factory reset was locked off. In order to reset had to unplug all cables than hold on/off button for one minute. On advice from factory support…answered e-mails promptly…no complaint.
