Super Product – Exceeded My Expectations This has turned out to be a much better product than my expectation. The voice to text translation is excellent but the results is like programming a computer, it does what you instruct it to do, not what you want it to do. The dictation takes a little time to get uses to and a few types of usage still escape me. Don’t buy this product if you have Windows 10 or need tech support This is my 3rd version of Dragon Dictate. I have limited use of my hands and have had voice-activated software for 22 years. The USB device and blue tooth sent by Nuance Dragon Dictate are NOT compatible with Windows 10, despite product information stating compatibility. So I can’t even determine if the Dragon actually works correctly. Customer service via both phone and online was rude and incompetent.
