Made me sick I was really excited to start incorporating these vitamins into my day to day life to help my skin. The first time I took them I got violently ill, stomach aches and sharp pains in my stomach. I waited a couple of days thinking maybe it wasn’t the vitamins and maybe it was something else that made me sick. I took them again yesterday and was violently ill again. It could just be my bodys reaction to these, but I would proceed with caution.
Donât buy without testing first. Terrible product! After using it for a week my skin start getting puffy and I got eye bags under my eyes which I never had before. Just after a day of stopping eating the gummies the swelling started to die down. I have no known food allergies or any allergies at all but this product seems to have some fishy ingridients
