I purchased this gift card which has NO balance I purchased a Amazon gift card through Amazon. However the card has no balance. It was empty. Amazon investigated and found that I received a used gift card. Amazon said they can’t refund it because their system has no code for that, but I can report to my bank to report to fraudulent. I want my $200 back!!!
