Counterfeit! Don’t waste your makeup budget! This is a counterfeit product. Not only is the coverage awful but the color is very orange. If you want the look of a self-tanned Jerseyshore housewife, this is just the product for you! I compared it to my other BareMinerals jar and immediately noticed the lid is shinier, the font is different, the edge doesn’t round off as much, and it doesn’t have the same “velvet” feel the brand’s lids normally have. Sorry ladies and gents, keep looking if you’re trying to find a deal on authentic makeup. You have NO idea what harmful chemicals are in this “foundation”. Rat feces, formaldehyde…just to name a few…have been found in counterfeit items…so don’t be surprised if your nearest rodent acquaintance is attracted to your new pheromone. DONT BUY FROM HERE They scammed me and I wouldn’t trust them. I ordered from here fairly light makeup, and when the package was received, they had covered the actual shade with tape and it was fairly medium. They also got clever and replaced the shade sticker on the bottom of the makeup. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Overall, good product Overall, this is a good product. I was a little put off after reading some reviews that made me question the authenticity. Therefore, I tried to cancel my order before it had shipped, and the seller refused to cancel my order, which is the only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5. I ordered the same product from Bare Escentuals directly, so I ended up with both of them. I guess the good thing is, I was able to compare the two, and I honestly don’t see a difference. I’ll provide pics of both for comparison. The insert was also the same and powder looked the same.
