Down to earth and sensible advice! There is a list of products, which can be eaten, and what to eat is not recommended. It is well written about why a lot of proteins are very good, and also there are tips on how to lose 20 pound in 3 weeks. In order to effectively carry out all this, the book has a shopping list and a meal plan, as well as recipes.
