and better sleep. The taste is very good This product is extremely expensive… BUT IT WORKS…. I use it daily M-F giving myself the weekend off, but still committed to the keto eating plan. I have really noticed increased energy, clarity, and better sleep. The taste is very good, refreshing when mixed with ice and 24oz. water. I did switch to a less expensive brand and did not see any results, so I returned to what I knew to worked for me.

I love this product I love this product. I tried one and could feel the difference in 30 minutes after drinking it. I had energy all day and not the jittery kind. And I couldn’t even finish my lunch. It definitely made me eat less. I would definitely recommend this product
