Too much caffeine? I donΓ’ΒΒt know how much caffeine is in this exactly but after drinking about a third of a 24oz bottle for the first time, my heart started racing and erratic and I felt…just weird and unwell…like I was not in my own body. I stopped drinking it and although my heart stopped racing I was buzzing pretty much all day. Worse yet, IΓ’ΒΒm still up at 4am writing this review. Skip this and find exogenous ketones with the caffeine.

Costly Very much like this product. However, the cost is not worth it.
