· How do I use the device? See the product manual and how-to video on the listing. Fully charge the device before first use.
1) Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free from all traces of skincare or make-up.
2) Connect the fully-charged remote to the mask, insert both eye protection pieces, attach/adjust velcrow straps and fit the mask to your face
3) Switch the controller on and turn the modes to your desired light-therapy treatment and time setting. The device will automatically switch off after the desired time setting.
· Can I use moisturizer before I use the light therapy device? Certain skincare and makeup can block the LED light from entering the skin or cause sensitivity. We recommend using the LED mask on clean product-free skin, and apply your moisturizer after mask use.
· How long should I use the LED face mask for? Use for 10-30 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week as part of your morning or evening skincare routine.
· Does it hurt to use? The device is 100% pain-free. It does not generate heat and should not feel uncomfortable.
