Busted bottle So disappointed in products pkg and the container itself. I knocked it off the counter and the top of the pump popped off and I canât get it back on. Now I have to buy another pump bottle or just pour it out into my hand. Also no box in packaging and no directions on how to use it. You would think that a not so cheap product would be a little nicer. Not impressed.
My Favorite Cleanser! I have been using this product since it was used during facials at a spa a number of years ago. It is so smooth and creamy and goes on like a light lotion; it does the job and leaves skin smooth and soft with a light lemony scent. It works even better with my Clarisonic.However, this was the first time ordering this product from Amazon and even though the cover and pump was sealed properly, the pump top was broken. I notified Amazon and they resolved the problem to my satisfaction…
My Esthetician Uses Sothy’s I love this product. My esthetician uses Sothy’s and I highly recommend it. I gently rub on my face dry. THEN wash/rinse with warm water. Has a nice scent and my skin feels great.
