Perfectly skin tone balance I have been using this product for more than 20 years. It is the best that leaves a balanced skin tone. It refresh the skin without leaving it too oily or too dry. I use it in the morning before makeup and at night after remove the makeup with Sothys Vitality Cleansing Milk. It certainly is a great value for its price.

The reason for one less star is the fragrance is … The reason for one less star is the fragrance is quite a bit stronger than the previous version of this toner, which has been discontinued. The ingredients in this formulation give it a fragrance that’s too strong for my liking. But the toner still works well.
