  1. Great Scissors for Detailed Cuts As the product name suggests, these scissors are best used for detailing work.They are titanium scissors coated in a black color [see photos]. The blades are small so you can carefully cut out tiny details in your crafts. They are not heavy duty scissors meant to cut thick materials so don’t test the limitations of this. If I had tiny fingers like a kid, they might work for me… I usually like Fiskars’ products, and already own several pairs of their scissors, but I am not impressed with this pair of scissors at all. The holes are way too small for having so much padding crammed into the already-tiny finger holes. The padding inside the finger holes is grippy too, which makes them stick to my fingers and difficult to lay down. And the non stick coating is already flaking off of the blades on this first day of use, with cutting lightweight paper.I was hoping…

  3. Tips are too blunt, NOT for cutting fine details, uncomfortable grip. The actual cutting blades are about 1 3/4 inches long (which is fine), however, the tip ends are not finished (not filed to a tip) and it’s too bulky to cut fine craft details. My regular small sewing scissors (with a fine tip) did a much better job with detail cuts. Also, the grips are supposed to be ambidextrous, however, this makes using these scissors really uncomfortable for any length of time.
