  1. Bad Warranty I had purchased this unit about six months ago and it did everything I wanted (so happy). I noticed that the unit was not working so I pulled out the manual to go through the troubleshooting. I determined the unit was no longer working properly so I reached out to the manufacturer (twice). When you call the manufacture you get a voice message that they will return the call in the order in which it was received. After 4 business days I reached out to Bestseller21 asking for help getting the manufacture to reach out to me. They sent me an email to call the manufacture at the same number I had already called. I let them know that I had already done that twice and asked if they were willing to help out any further, “24 hours passed and no response”. So if you are looking for a warranty you should think twice about this product, seller and manufacturer.

  2. Maybe I got a bad one. I’ll try it again. Just under a month old and the unit quit working. There is not much to check on this unit but I went through the process. Verified I had 120 volts and I did. There is no reset on this unit. I completly reinstalled the unit and still didn’t work. I am sending the unit back and getting a new one. Maybe I got the Friday 2:45 unit. I’ll give it one more try.

  3. Discharges the batteries instead of charging them. Got this charger, hooked it up to 3 new batteries that had been checked as 100% charged, and used the trolling motor 1 time for about 3 hours on anchor lock. Came back in, plugged the charger up and the next day the charger showed charged. Went out in the Gulf only to have the trolling motor not work and the remote showed dead batteries. Came home used my battery tester to see that one battery was at 65%, the second at 60% and the 3rd at 55%. Plugged the charger back in and waited 3 days, and retested to see the batteries had actually dropped to less than 30%, so instead of charging the batteries, it was discharging the batteries.
