Definitely size down! I’m a plus size, so I was a little apprehensive about ordering. Let me say this, the product is exactly as described. Great quality! I was excited es to receive and try out. Sadly, this item is bigger than expected. I normally wear a size 3X, so I figured the XXL would be a good fit. Nope, to big! When I originally ordered this on October 28th, I weighed 180lb and was wearing size 14 jeans, M or L in tops. I purchased a size Medium and it was the perfect size. However, I wish I had ordered a Small because i was expecting to continue losing weight and it happened! The band is so long and stretchy that i could have easily gotten a small and still been able to use it then, as well as if I continue to lose more.
