I love this scrub! I love this product. I first used it when I received it in my Birchbox subscription. The granules are very fine and not overly abrasive for my sensitive skin. Did they change the formula? What happened to my favorite face scrub? I typically LOVE this stuff – but I’m wondering if they changed their formula. This one is SO thick that I cannot get it out of the bottle and have to open up the top and scrape it out. It’s also SO much coarser than before and a bit painful to rub on (the other bottles I’ve purchased in the past have had little micro crystals that gently scrubbed – this one is like using coarse sand paper on my face. The packaging as of 2019 appears to be different then the ones advertised. I purchased it through Amazon because it was four dollars less then Birchbox.
