Be aware!!!! the lights are not … Be aware!!!! the lights are not regulated and when you use them, they may burn you. use on lower setting first. My arm is scared from using it. And it didn’t burn right away so unfortunately it was done on all of the arm. Hopefully it will heal.
Totally not the orginal So I bought these a few months ago because I saw them and thought wow that is cheap! I just opened the one and used it. I didn’t get more than 45 zaps out of it before it died. Opened the second one and it zaps differently than the original and way more than the first one. The first one actually hurt and I had to turn the dial down. The second one doesn’t burn like the first replacement but I don’t have a lot of faith in it because now I have it turned all the way up and it doesn’t feel like its doing anything. Total waste of money. I’m suspect that someone bought a lot of used, refurbished heads or bad heads and are selling them for profit. Disgusting and it really makes me irritable.
Two of the three bulbs burnt out after only a few hundred flashes Two of the three bulb cartridges burnt out during ONE leg/arm session! The first one lasted about 200 flashes, the other died after only a hundred or so.It’s true that the problem could be with my device, but the only light that ever came on was the ‘change cartridge’ light. (If you have a defective product, other lights tend to come on or the device itself malfunctions). Unfortunately I ordered my Flash & Go (which I love, by the way!) from a third party vendor (GLO-WORKS) on Amazon, so Silk’n (understandably) refuses to replace my device in case that is the issue. Just be careful before you buy the Flash & Go through another vendor–try to buy directly from them or from Amazon LLC.
